Staying at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and gave me a lovely feel for living in the Medina. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, and the dining experience was outstanding. The room was spacious but pretty basic, featuring a strangely shaped large bath that needs some attention. The low ceiling might be an issue for taller guests.
